Data controller

Your personal data is processed by the company whose contact details appear below, acting as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

The current trade name, address and contact details of the data controller are shown at the end of this page and on the Contact page.

What data we collect

On this site, personal data is collected only through forms you complete and as technically required. No hidden profiling, advertising tracking or behavioural analysis is carried out.

Contact form: first name, last name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, subject and message text.

Quotation form: first name, last name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, country, city, project name, message and the technical details of the products you request (required size, quantity, pressure, temperature, fluid).

Technical records: when a form is submitted, your IP address, browser information (user agent) and referring page address are recorded. These records exist to detect misuse and automated submissions.

Search records: search terms entered on the site and the number of results are recorded to see which products are being searched for and not found. These records are not linked to an individual; no information about who searched is kept.

Purposes of processing

To evaluate your quotation and information requests and to respond to you.

To prepare a product and size recommendation suited to your request.

To conduct pre-contractual discussions and commercial communication.

To protect the forms against automated or malicious submissions and to maintain site security.

To fulfil retention and disclosure obligations arising from applicable legislation.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the legal bases of KVKK art. 5/2-(c) “directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, art. 5/2-(ç) “fulfilment of a legal obligation” and art. 5/2-(f) “legitimate interest”.

Explicit consent is additionally obtained in the forms; a form cannot be submitted without ticking the consent box, and the consent date is recorded.

Transfer of data

Your personal data is not sold and not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data is processed on the server infrastructure hosting the site and on the infrastructure used to send e-mail. No other domestic or international transfer takes place.

Lawful requests from authorised public institutions are reserved.

Retention period

Quotation and contact records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship requires and for the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation; they are then deleted or anonymised.

Technical records (IP, user agent) are kept for a shorter period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request deletion or destruction, to request that correction and deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
