What it does
Hydraulic Control Levers
A hydraulic control lever is the control unit from which quick closing valves are triggered remotely. A single movement of the lever generates pressure in the hydraulic line and the connected valves close simultaneously. It is normally installed at a point that remains accessible in an emergency, such as the engine room exit, labelled with the list of valves it closes.
